PARTS MANAGER

Secteur : Automobile Localisation : Casablanca - Zenata

Finalité du poste

Piloter et développer l’activité pièces de rechange au niveau du réseau. Garantir la disponibilité des pièces, optimiser les stocks et contribuer à la rentabilité tout en assurant un service fiable aux ateliers et aux clients.

Missions principales

Gestion et optimisation des stocks

  • Définir les niveaux de stock (mini, maxi, stock de sécurité).
  • Analyser la rotation et réduire les obsolètes.
  • Superviser les inventaires et la fiabilité des données.
  • Anticiper les besoins via prévisions et historiques.

Approvisionnement et fournisseurs

  • Passer et suivre les commandes auprès du constructeur et partenaires.
  • Gérer délais, litiges, retours et garanties pièces.
  • Négocier conditions commerciales et opérations promotionnelles.

Développement commercial

  • Déployer la politique commerciale pièces (tarifs, campagnes, remises).
  • Développer les ventes réseau, B2B et clients externes.
  • Piloter les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires, marge et taux de service.

Support ateliers et coordination SAV

  • Assurer la disponibilité des pièces critiques et réduire les immobilisations.
  • Coordonner avec Service, Garantie et Logistique.
  • Soutenir les équipes techniques dans l’identification des références.

Management et animation d’équipe

  • Encadrer les responsables magasin et magasiniers.
  • Former aux procédures, outils DMS/ERP et bonnes pratiques.
  • Fixer les objectifs et suivre la performance.

Process et reporting

  • Appliquer les standards constructeurs et procédures internes.
  • Mettre en place des tableaux de bord (ruptures, couverture stock, obsolescence).
  • Proposer et suivre les plans d’amélioration continue.

Profil recherché

Formation

Bac+3 à Bac+5 en logistique, commerce, gestion ou mécanique automobile.

Expérience

Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en pièces de rechange ou logistique automobile, idéalement sur réseau ou multi-sites.
