Como pasante del equipo de Data, obtendrás experiencia práctica en la gestión de datos y contribuirás a la precisión, estructura y consistencia de nuestras bases de datos internas.

Tareas a realizar

  • Desarrollar y mantener scripts en JavaScript y SQL para procesos ETL (extracción, transformación y carga de datos).
  • Optimizar consultas en bases de datos.
  • Automatizar procesos mediante N8N e integración de APIs.
  • Garantizar la conectividad con herramientas de visualización de datos.
  • Implementar controles de calidad para asegurar la integridad de la información.
  • Analizar requerimientos técnicos, desarrollar soluciones, realizar pruebas y desplegar desarrollos dentro de los tiempos establecidos.
  • Analizar y optimizar procesos operativos mediante el uso de datos.
  • Diseñar y dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs).
  • Desarrollar y mantener tableros de control en Looker Studio.
  • Analizar resultados operativos para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Realizar investigaciones orientadas a optimizar herramientas y metodologías de medición.
  • Traducir métricas y análisis en recomendaciones estratégicas para impulsar la productividad y la eficiencia organizacional.

Horario: Modalidad de trabajo presencial de lunes a viernes

Requirements

  • Estar cursando o recién graduado de una carrera en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o áreas afines.
  • Gran atención al detalle y un nivel alto de precisión en tareas relacionadas con datos.
  • Conocimientos básicos en hojas de cálculo y bases de datos (Google Sheets, Excel).
  • Dominio de herramientas de oficina (Excel, Word, Google Drive).
  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y procedimientos establecidos.
  • Buen manejo del tiempo y habilidades para organizar tareas.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación para coordinar con otros equipos.
  • Dominio del inglés en nivel B2 o superior.
  • Autonomía y excelente gestión del tiempo.
