Como Pasante de Administración y Operaciones, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar de cerca con el equipo de liderazgo, apoyando la organización de procesos, la coordinación de actividades y la optimización de las operaciones diarias.

Esta pasantía está dirigida a estudiantes con interés en la mejora continua, la organización y la gestión de proyectos, que deseen desarrollar habilidades en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.

Funciones a desempeñar

  • Brindar apoyo administrativo al COO en la coordinación de actividades y prioridades diarias.
  • Supervisar la operación de la planta física y elaborar informes de seguimiento.
  • Mantener el correo electrónico organizado, asegurando el seguimiento y respuesta oportuna de las comunicaciones.
  • Gestionar el calendario y la agenda de reuniones del área.
  • Preparar agendas, minutas, presentaciones ejecutivas y documentación para reuniones.
  • Coordinar reuniones internas y externas, incluyendo la logística básica.
  • Realizar investigaciones y recopilar información para apoyar proyectos y toma de decisiones.
  • Buscar candidatos y posiciones estratégicas para el corporativo a través de LinkedIn.
  • Dar seguimiento a tareas y entregables de diferentes equipos.
  • Apoyar en la documentación y optimización de procesos específicos mediante el mapeo y análisis de procesos.
  • Mantener la documentación administrativa y operativa actualizada.

Requirements

  • Estudiante universitario o graduado de Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Industriales, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología Organizacional, Gestión del Talento o carreras afines.
  • Conocimientos en mapeo y análisis de procesos.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Excel.
  • Experiencia utilizando herramientas para la creación de presentaciones (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva o similares).
  • Conocimientos básicos de Google Workspace y Microsoft Office.
  • Excelente capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo.
  • Atención al detalle y pensamiento lógico.
  • Persona proactiva, analítica y orientada a la ejecución.
  • Curiosidad, iniciativa para hacer preguntas y disposición para aprender.
  • Habilidades de comunicación profesional, tanto verbal como escrita.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y colaborar con diferentes equipos.
