Como pasante de People, brindarás un soporte operativo y altamente administrativo al equipo. Serás el filtro principal para mantener el orden, la limpieza y la sincronización de las herramientas de comunicación y gestión de proyectos, garantizando que las recruiters puedan operar de manera fluida y enfocarse en evaluar al talento para nuestros clientes. Asimismo, apoyarás en procesos de integración, coordinación de capacitación, documentación y engagement de la comunidad.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán:

  • Gestión y Operaciones de Reclutamiento:
  • Clasificar y mantener organizada diariamente la bandeja de entrada del correo.
  • Monitorear el canal de WhatsApp para alertar oportunamente sobre mensajes pendientes.
  • Actualizar rigurosamente los tableros de Trello.
  • Auditar el calendario de entrevistas para el reclutador.
  • Soporte en Onboarding y Capacitación:
  • Ayudar en la organización y coordinación de sesiones de onboarding y documentación para nuevos colaboradores.
  • Apoyar al equipo en la programación y gestión de logística de actividades de capacitación.
  • Realizar el seguimiento del progreso de nuevos freelancers durante su período de integración.
  • Soporte Administrativo y de Documentación:
  • Actualizar y organizar archivos, bases de datos y reportes de Recursos Humanos.
  • Colaborar en la recolección de retroalimentación y encuestas relacionadas con iniciativas de RRHH.
  • Brindar soporte general en proyectos de Personas & Organización.
  • Comunidad y Engagement:
  • Ayudar en la coordinación de iniciativas de cumpleaños, anniversarios y engagement de los miembros del equipo.
  • Apoyar la logística de comunicaciones internas y eventos de integración de equipos. Modalidad Presencial de Lunes a Viernes (8am-5pm)

Requirements

  • Actualmente cursando los últimos semestres o recién graduado/a en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Industriales o áreas afines.
  • Organizado/a, proactivo/a y con ganas de aprender.
  • Conocimientos básicos en conceptos de Recursos Humanos son un plus.
  • Dominio del inglés en nivel B2 (intermedio-avanzado) o superior para interactuar cómodamente con las herramientas y hojas de cálculo que suelen estar en inglés.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y atención al detalle.
