di un importante e solido Gruppo industriale, una figura di Pasticcere (Focalizzato su Produzione e

Sviluppo).

L'azienda, con laboratorio centralizzato in provincia di Brescia e un network di ben 5 punti vendita già

attivi in Lombardia, è nel pieno di un importante piano di espansione. Nata con una forte

specializzazione nel mondo della gelateria, l'azienda sta ora potenziando e strutturando la propria

offerta di alta pasticceria, unendo il rispetto per le basi tradizionali a una forte spinta verso

l’innovazione.

Il Ruolo e lo Spirito del Progetto:

Si ricerca un/una professionista proattivo e con spirito imprenditoriale. La risorsa lavorerà a stretto

contatto con il Project Manager per supervisionare la qualità e l'operatività del laboratorio,

contribuendo attivamente all'evoluzione tecnologica della produzione (scelta dei macchinari, scouting

e consulenza tecnica sui fornitori). È l’opportunità perfetta per chi desidera "vivere l'azienda"

dall'interno, con l'ambizione futura di gestire un progetto proprio.

Le Mansioni Principali:

• Produzione e Innovazione: Gestire in autonomia la produzione della linea di pasticceria

all'interno del laboratorio, garantendo standard qualitativi elevati e costanti.

• Sviluppo del Reparto: Collaborare con la direzione e il PM per lo sviluppo di nuove ricette,

l'efficientamento dei processi produttivi e la modernizzazione del laboratorio (consulenza su

macchinari, layout e materie prime).

• Supervisione e Qualità: Monitorare gli standard di qualità del prodotto finito e delle materie

prime in sinergia con i responsabili dei punti vendita.

• Autonomia Gestionale: Organizzare e pianificare i propri turni di lavoro e, all'occorrenza,

effettuare brevi trasferte operative presso i punti vendita del Gruppo per monitorare

l'andamento del prodotto.

Requisiti:

• Background Professionale: Basi tecniche solide e strutturate nel mondo della pasticceria. La

ricerca si rivolge a professionisti che abbiano maturato esperienza in laboratori moderni,

strutturati o contesti di ristorazione/hotellerie di alto livello.

• Mindset dinamico, motivazione, flessibilità e proattività.

• Soft Skills: Ottime doti organizzative, attitudine al problem solving, predisposizione al lavoro di

squadra e visione strategico-imprenditoriale.

• Flessibilità oraria: Disponibilità a lavorare principalmente su turni diurni (la risorsa si occuperà

anche di gestire i turni e la flessibilità oraria in autonomia).
