La figura affiancherà l'Executive Pastry Chef nella guida del reparto di pasticceria, garantendo elevati standard di qualità, supervisionando le operazioni quotidiane della brigata ed elevando l'esperienza degli ospiti attraverso creatività, precisione e innovazione.

Cosa farai

  • Supportare l'Executive Pastry Chef nella gestione quotidiana del laboratorio di pasticceria, garantendo un servizio fluido, efficiente e la massima costanza qualitativa.
  • Supervisionare la produzione per la prima colazione, il servizio à la carte, l'afternoon tea, le amenities per le camere, la banchettistica e gli eventi speciali.
  • Monitorare la freschezza, il gusto, le temperature e la presentazione dei prodotti a ogni stadio della produzione.
  • Collaborare allo sviluppo delle carte dei dessert, delle creazioni stagionali e di progetti speciali.
  • Curare la presentazione e l'impiattamento delle creazioni in linea con gli standard.
  • Guidare, motivare e formare il team di pasticceria, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo, collaborativo e orientato all'eccellenza.
  • Supportare la gestione dell'inventario, gli acquisti e il controllo dei costi per ottimizzare la produttività e ridurre al minimo gli sprechi.

Requirements

  • Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di Pastry Sous Chef o Senior Pastry Chef in strutture di alto livello.
  • Approfondita conoscenza delle moderne tecniche di pasticceria, della produzione artigianale e dei dessert al piatto.
  • Forti doti di leadership, spiccata cura del dettaglio, doti organizzative e capacità di gestire lo stress in ambienti dinamici e ritmati.
  • Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera costituirà un plus.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, compresi weekend, festivi e fasce serali.
