Eine/n Patentanwaltsfachangestellte/n (m/w/d) für :

  • Patentanmeldungen bis zur Erteilung der jeweiligen Patentschutzrechte
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Einsprüchen
  • Bearbeitung Postein- und ausgang
  • selbstständige Korrespondenz mit Mandanten, Ämtern und Kollegen
  • Erfassung und Verwaltung von relevanten Terminen und Fristen

Requirements

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Patentanwaltsfachangstellten (w/m/d) oder Fremdsprachenkorrespondent/in (w/m/d) oder Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten (w/m/d) mit relevanter Berufserfahrung im Patent- oder Markenbereich
  • Erfahrungswerte mit Patentdatenbanken und Dokumentenmanagementsystemen von Vorteil
  • Interesse am selbstständigen, strukturierten und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeiten
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
