Η Chapter5 αναζητά Payables – Receivables Assistant για την ενίσχυση του τμήματος Finance & Accounting.

Ο ρόλος περιλαμβάνει υποστήριξη στις καθημερινές λειτουργίες του λογιστηρίου, με βασική εστίαση στις διαδικασίες μισθοδοσίας και στη διαχείριση των σχετικών στοιχείων εργαζομένων.

Ως Payables – Receivables Assistant είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τη διαχείριση και καταχώρηση παραστατικών δαπανών, κυρίως προμηθευτών αλλά και πιστωτών, διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια των εγγραφών εμπορικού και λογιστικής στα παραπάνω κυκλώματα. Ο ρόλος απαιτεί υπευθυνότητα, λεπτομέρεια και συνέπεια.

Κύριες ευθύνες & καθήκοντα

1. Διαχείριση προμηθευτών & πιστωτών

  • Ενημέρωση και παρακολούθηση στοιχείων προμηθευτών και πιστωτών στο SOFT1.
  • Έλεγχος και εξακρίβωση στοιχείων mydata
  • Έλεγχος υπολοίπων προμηθευτών & πιστωτών

2. Καταχώρηση Παραστατικών & Οικονομικών Συναλλαγών

  • Καταχώρηση στο ERP όλων των παραστατικών δαπανών (τιμολόγια προμηθευτών, αποδείξεις, λοιπά παραστατικά).
  • Καταχώρηση χρηματικών κινήσεων μη συμπεριλαμβανομένων των τραπεζικών κινήσεων.
  • Έλεγχος ορθότητας στοιχείων και συσχέτιση παραστατικών με συναλλαγές.

3. Υποστήριξη oικονομικού τμήματος

  • Συμμετοχή στη διασφάλιση της ακρίβειας οικονομικών δεδομένων.
  • Τήρηση διαδικασιών και συμμόρφωση με εσωτερικές πολιτικές.
  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα για βελτίωση ροών και διαδικασιών.
  • Συνεργασία με Accounting Assistant για κυκλώματα πιστωτών και προμηθευτών.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο Λογιστικής, Οικονομικών ή σχετικού αντικειμένου.
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office
  • Εξοικείωση με ERP συστήματα και οικονομικά λογισμικά θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά)
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας με πολλαπλές ομάδες και τμήματα.
  • Οργανωτικότητα και ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου.
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Μεγάλη προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ακρίβεια δεδομένων.
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και λήψης αποφάσεων σε περιβάλλον πίεσης.
