Working alongside pediatric specialists, nursing teams, and multidisciplinary colleagues, you'll evaluate newborns, manage common neonatal conditions, stabilize infants requiring higher levels of care, and coordinate transfers when appropriate. You'll also partner closely with families, providing education, guidance, and compassionate support throughout each infant's hospital stay.

Beyond direct patient care, you'll contribute to quality improvement initiatives, patient safety efforts, and collaborative care processes that enhance outcomes for newborns and their families.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Coverage across two established hospital facilities
  • Practice in both Level II NICUs and well-baby nurseries
  • Flexible full-time schedule with part-time opportunities available
  • Recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply once board certified
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary care environment
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
  • Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, CME allowance, employer-paid licenses and DEA, malpractice coverage, and cell phone allowance

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
