Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) People & Culture Specialist para incorporarse a una empresa del sector de manufactura ubicada en Cartago.

Buscamos un profesional de Recursos Humanos con experiencia integral en la gestión del ciclo de vida del colaborador, que pueda trabajar de cerca con líderes y equipos operativos y brindar soporte en procesos de atracción de talento, relaciones laborales, desempeño, desarrollo, engagement, beneficios y administración de personal. PEOPLE AND CULTURE SPECIALIST …

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar procesos de reclutamiento, selección, onboarding y offboarding.
  • Brindar apoyo en relaciones laborales, aplicación de políticas, acciones correctivas y situaciones relacionadas con los colaboradores.
  • Gestionar y mantener actualizados expedientes, sistemas de Recursos Humanos, asistencia y movimientos de personal.
  • Preparar y validar información relacionada con planilla, beneficios, vacaciones, seguridad social, seguros y otros procesos de RR. HH.
  • Coordinar iniciativas de evaluación del desempeño, capacitación, desarrollo, reconocimiento, bienestar y engagement.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores de Recursos Humanos como contratación, rotación y capacitación.
  • Trabajar de manera cercana con las áreas de Operaciones y Salud y Seguridad Ocupacional.

Requirements

  • Bachillerato universitario en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología Industrial/Organizacional o carrera afín.
  • 5 años o más de experiencia progresiva en Recursos Humanos.
  • Dominio avanzado de inglés.
  • Deseable experiencia en empresas de manufactura u operaciones de servicios.
  • Indispensable experiencia en Relaciones Laborales y procesos generales de Recursos Humanos.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office y experiencia con sistemas de Recursos Humanos.
  • Conocimiento de legislación y prácticas laborales de Costa Rica.
  • Disponibilidad de trabajar de manera 100% presencial en la zona de Turrialba.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización, criterio, confidencialidad y manejo de prioridades.
