Fer Consulting offre un percorso formativo completo, progettato per fornirti tutte le competenze tecniche e operative necessarie per intraprendere la carriera di Macchinista Ferroviario.

Dal 2015, Fer Consulting è diventata un punto di riferimento nel settore ferroviario, riconosciuta ufficialmente dall'Agenzia Nazionale per la Sicurezza delle Ferrovie e delle Infrastrutture Stradali ed Autostradali (ANSFISA).

Il Percorso

Il programma prevede:

· Formazione teorica e tecnica con docenti esperti del settore (normativa ferroviaria, sicurezza, procedure operative e gestione mezzi).

· Attività pratiche e addestramento operativo su simulatore e in affiancamento.

· Stage garantito presso aziende partner del trasporto ferroviario.

· Tasso di inserimento del 90%

· Stipendio medio di un macchinista esperto: circa € 2.800/mese

Requirements

· Diploma di scuola superiore

· Interesse per il settore ferroviario

· Serietà, attenzione e disponibilità al lavoro su turni

· Non è richiesta esperienza
