Sobre a área e a vaga

A equipe de P&D tem como principais funções a exploração e validação de novas tecnologias, o desenvolvimento de Provas de Conceito (POCs) e a estruturação de novos bancos de dados. A equipe dedica uma parte significativa de seu tempo e esforço à pesquisa, realização de testes de viabilidade e documentação técnica, em vez de se concentrar exclusivamente no desenvolvimento e na manutenção de rotinas em produção.

Requirements

O que vai fazer no dia a dia

  • Pesquisa e execução: Conduzir experimentos, testes ou provas de conceito a partir de novas tecnologias de mercado.
  • Análise de Dados e Problemas: Coletar e analisar dados complexos, interpretar resultados e propor soluções baseadas em evidências para os desafios técnicos dos projetos.
  • Trabalho Multidisciplinar: Atuar junto com outras áreas para garantir quer o desenvolvimento dos projetos atendam aos requisitos definidos.
  • Mentoria: Apoiar o desenvolvimento técnico de profissionais juniores e estagiários, enquanto colabora em decisões estratégicas.

Entregas:

  • Soluções robustas e escaláveis, equilibrando velocidade e qualidade.
  • Documentação técnica contendo comparativos de performance, escalabilidade, segurança e projeção de custos das tecnologias e bancos de dados avaliados.
  • Demonstrações (Demos) claras dos achados e das novas tecnologias validadas para os stakeholders e times que assumirão a produção.

Habilidades necessárias

  • Cloud Computing: Familiaridade com infraestrutura em nuvem AWS - EC2, SQS s S3.
  • Experiência prática no desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções baseadas em Inteligência Artificial.
  • Bancos de Dados Multiparadigma: Conhecimento arquitetural e prático em bancos relacionais (PostgreSQL, MySQL) e NoSQL (orientados a documentos como MongoDB, colunares, grafos ou chave-valor), compreendendo os casos de uso para cada um.
  • Engenharia e Integração de Dados: Conhecimento no desenvolvimento de pipelines de dados, consumo e integração de APIs RESTful.
  • Capacidade de comunicação com diferentes públicos.
  • Capacidade de organização e priorização.
