Nous recrutons un Pharmacien Assurance Qualité / Pharmacien Responsable Intérimaire (H/F) en CDI pour accompagner la croissance de nos activités !

Requirements

MISSION

En charge de la libération pharmaceutique des produits fabriqués et/ou conditionnés sur le site de Dreux.

Adhérer à et respecter les politiques de conformité et qualité Norgine.

PRINCIPALES ACTIVITES ET RESPONSABILITES

  • Assurer la libération pharmaceutique des produits fabriqués et/ou conditionnés sur le site de Dreux.
  • Gérer, prendre en charge et coordonner des processus qualité liés aux produits fabriqués et/ou conditionnés sur le site de Dreux :

- approuver des documents qualité ou des protocoles/rapports,

- mettre à jour les spécifications produits,

- vérifier et implémenter les BAT en validant les propositions de la supply chain,

- Mise à jour des BOM,

- relire et valider les RQP des produits de Dreux

- relire et valider les investigations réalisés par les chargés AQ dans le cadre des réclamations patients.

- évaluer les événements qualité,

- définir et suivre les CAPAs.

  • Participer au process change control du site.
  • Participer et contribuer à la réalisation des audits internes et audits externes selon les plannings annuels.
  • Réaliser des formations BPF, Medical Devices ou autres
  • Participation à des projets qualité (ex. lancement de produits fabriqués et/ou conditionnés sur le site) ou à des projets site en lien avec la qualité
  • Mettre à jour et faire évoluer la documentation du département (ex. révision des procédures, des quality agreements)

Autres activités qualité :

  • Gère et participe à la réalisation des inspections ANSM, ou d’organisme de certification (ex. TUV), des audits Corporate et des audits clients

PROFIL

  • Docteur en Pharmacie, inscriptible à l’ordre des pharmaciens
  • Expérience en tant que Pharmacien Responsable Intérimaire (PRI)
  • Anglais courant (niveau type B2)
  • Leadership, esprit rigoureux, de nature appliquée, fiable, efficace, dynamique, autonome, capacité à prendre des initiatives
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Aptitude au travail en équipe, habitué au management direct ou transverse, capacité à coordonner des actions
  • Maitrise de la bureautique du type Word et Excel
  • Capacité à utiliser des logiciels de gestion de processus qualité
