The posting

Dyson Farming is a family-owned business with a vision to benefit future generations through a commitment to commercially viable and environmentally sustainable food production at scale. We strive to be industry leaders in efficient, high-technology agriculture, employing highly skilled, pioneering individuals and supported by research and development in close partnership with our sister company, Dyson.

We see the future of agriculture as an exciting opportunity to improve the nation’s food security, health, and economic growth.

Dyson Farming has recently announced that 1000 acres of arable land will be dedicated to agricultural research through the establishment of the Dyson Farming Research Centre. This initiative will enable better utilisation of resources and foster collaboration between Dyson Farming teams and external research organisations. Together, we aim to enhance knowledge and develop practical solutions for sustainable agricultural practices that deliver high-quality, high-yield crops while maximising environmental outcomes—such as biodiversity, and improved water, soil, and air quality.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
