Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Ortho Location: Santa Monica, CA Rate: $30–$38/hour Employment Type: Permanent | Flexible Start Date

Looking for a PTA role where you can make a difference, work with a great team, and help patients get back to what they love? This outpatient ortho clinic in Santa Monica is the perfect place to do just that.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist patients with orthopedic rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises
  • Support the Physical Therapist in delivering high-quality care
  • Document patient progress and ensure compliance with clinic standards
  • Engage patients with a positive, motivating approach

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed PTA in California
  • Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
