Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced and academically strong Senior Physics Faculty to deliver high-quality Physics instruction for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET aspirants across Classes XI and XII, while also supporting Foundation-level Physics for Classes IX and X.

The ideal candidate will have deep subject expertise, excellent teaching ability, and the skill to simplify complex Physics concepts through clear explanations, derivations, visualisation, numerical problem-solving, and practical applications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive classroom sessions covering the JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET Physics syllabusfor Classes XI and XII.
  • Teach Foundation Physics for Classes IX and X with a strong focus on conceptual understanding and logical reasoning.
  • Develop students' conceptual clarity across mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, optics, modern physics, and other core Physics topics.
  • Explain complex concepts using visualisation, derivations, demonstrations, numerical applications, and real-life examples.
  • Develop students' problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Train students to approach JEE and NEET problems systematically and efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver structured lessons, practice problems, assignments, and examination-oriented sessions.
  • Address individual student doubts and identify areas requiring additional conceptual support.
  • Guide students in solving progressively challenging numerical and application-based problems.
  • Support Olympiad and JEE Foundation preparation through advanced conceptual and problem-solving exercises.
  • Analyse student performance through tests, assessments, and classroom participation.
  • Provide constructive academic feedback and recommend appropriate improvement strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom engagement, discipline, and academic delivery.
  • Stay updated with competitive examination patterns, Physics curricula, and evolving teaching methodologies.
  • Collaborate with academic teams to improve course content, learning resources, and student outcomes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 10+ years of teaching experience in Physics, preferably in competitive examination preparation.
  • Strong expertise in JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET Physics.
  • Proven experience teaching Classes XI and XII at an advanced competitive-examination level.
  • Strong understanding of Foundation Physics for Classes IX and X.
  • Deep conceptual knowledge of Physics with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and intuitively.
  • Excellent command of numerical problem-solving, derivations, and application-based teaching.
  • Experience preparing students for JEE, NEET, Olympiads, or other competitive examinations.
  • Strong classroom management and student-engagement skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning levels and student requirements.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing students.
  • Ability to create a rigorous yet engaging academic learning environment.
  • A Bachelor's, Master's, or higher qualification in Physics or a relevant discipline is preferred.
