Physiothérapeute – Hôpital de Gaspé et URFI – Côte-de-Gaspé

Services SFT est à la recherche d'un(e) physiothérapeute pour combler un mandat au RLS Côte-de-Gaspé.

Titre d’emploi :

  • Physiothérapeute

Lieu d’affectation :

  • Hôpital de Gaspé et URFI
  • RLS Côte-de-Gaspé

Période du mandat :

  • Du 6 juillet 2026 au 4 septembre 2026

Principales responsabilités :

  • Évaluer les capacités fonctionnelles des usagers
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les plans de traitement en physiothérapie
  • Assurer le suivi de l’évolution clinique des patients
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire afin de favoriser le rétablissement et le maintien de l’autonomie
  • Participer à la planification du congé et à l’enseignement auprès des usagers et de leurs proches

Particularités du mandat :

  • Clientèle hospitalisée durant le mois de juillet
  • Clientèle URFI (Unité de réadaptation fonctionnelle intensive) durant le mois d’août
  • Garde téléphonique de fin de semaine (environ 3 fins de semaine pendant le mandat)
  • Découverture à prévoir dans deux services 24/7 durant la période estivale
  • Les services fonctionnent habituellement avec un seul intervenant en période hors vacances

Exigences :

  • Diplôme en physiothérapie
  • Membre en règle de l’Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ)
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans différents secteurs cliniques
