The posting

Nous cherchons des PILOTES DE SYSTÈMES, INTERMÉDIAIRES dans ce poste vous interviendrez dans le cadre d'un projet client qui relève du secteur public dans la ville du Québec .

Activités :

• Prendre connaissance et analyser les besoins des utilisateurs ainsi que la documentation disponible.

• Préciser les besoins des utilisateurs et les aligner en fonction des objectifs à atteindre.

• Rédiger les demandes de changement informatique et valider l'évaluation des travaux à exécuter.

• Coordonner la réalisation et l'implantation d'un ensemble de demandes de changement.

• Participer activement à l'élaboration et à la conception des solutions avec les ressources informatiques.

• Concevoir, définir et participer aux essais d'acceptation pour chacune des livraisons en tenant compte des projets connexes afin de réaliser le plan d'implantation.

• Assurer l'implantation, la gestion de changement ainsi que le pilotage opérationnel du système dans le but de garantir le succès des différentes livraisons ou l'arrimage avec les systèmes existants.

• Veiller à l'évolution et au bon fonctionnement du système.

• Soutenir les utilisateurs dans leurs opérations courantes, c'est-à-dire en prenant en charge les anomalies signalées dans le système, en répondant aux questions et en donnant son avis quant au contenu du système.

• Effectuer les démarches ainsi que les suivis nécessaires auprès des différents collaborateurs entourant l'écosystème RVSQ.

• Toute autre activité requise en lien avec le système.

Biens livrables :

• Biens livrables reliés au parcours approprié basé majoritairement sur la méthodologie à la Régie (Guide Vert issu de la méthodologie du Macroscope MD).

• Biens livrables reliés à la documentation du système, par exemple guide de pilotage du système.

• Dossier d'essais utilisateur comprenant les devis et jeux d'essais.

• Plan de gestion du changement.

• Plan de communication.

• Documents reliés aux activités des autres collaborateurs de la Régie.

• Rapport d'assurance qualité.

• Tout autre bien livrable requis.

1. Posséder cinq (5) années d'expérience à titre d'analyste d'affaires et pilote de système dans un environnement technologique et organisationnel comparable à la Régie.

2. Avoir utilisé pour une période minimale de douze (12) mois la méthodologie Agile et les différentes cérémonies associées.

3. Avoir utilisé pour une période minimale de douze (12) mois des méthodologies usuelles de développement de systèmes et des standards de documentation de systèmes reconnues tel que : Macroscope, Guide vert.
