Scopo della Funzione:

Garantire l’efficienza operativa dello stabilimento e dei processi logistici aziendali, assicurando il corretto coordinamento delle attività produttive, di magazzino, approvvigionamento e distribuzione, con particolare attenzione al controllo dei costi, all’ottimizzazione dei flussi e al miglioramento continuo.

Il Plant Manager presidia quotidianamente le operations di stabilimento con un approccio pragmatico, orientato ai risultati e fortemente operativo, contribuendo alla crescita organizzativa e alla strutturazione dei processi industriali dell’azienda.

La figura rappresenta un punto di riferimento trasversale per operai, magazzinieri, impiegati e responsabili di funzione, favorendo collaborazione, disciplina operativa e cultura della responsabilità.

Nel medio-lungo periodo, la posizione potrà evolvere verso un ruolo di maggiore responsabilità nell’area Operations.

Descrizione della mansione:

Il Plant Manager, rispondendo direttamente al General Manager, ha la responsabilità della gestione operativa dello stabilimento e del coordinamento dei principali processi industriali e logistici aziendali.

Supervisiona quotidianamente le attività produttive, la logistica interna ed esterna, il magazzino, la programmazione operativa, i flussi di approvvigionamento e le attività manutentive, garantendo continuità operativa, efficienza e rispetto degli standard qualitativi aziendali.

Ha una forte attenzione al controllo dei costi industriali e logistici, monitora KPI operativi e identifica tempestivamente inefficienze, sprechi e colli di bottiglia, promuovendo azioni correttive e progetti di miglioramento continuo.

Coordina il personale operativo e impiegatizio dell’area operations, assicurando una presenza costante sul campo, autorevolezza nella gestione delle persone e capacità di dialogo con interlocutori a tutti i livelli dell’organizzazione.

Collabora con la Direzione, con l’area Finance, HR, Product e Supply Chain al fine di garantire allineamento operativo rispetto agli obiettivi aziendali, ai forecast produttivi e alle priorità commerciali.

Qualifiche & Competenze:

Ø Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline equivalenti.

Ø Costituisce titolo preferenziale formazione specifica in ambito Lean Manufacturing / Supply Chain.

Ø Esperienza di almeno 8/10 anni in ruoli operativi presso aziende manifatturiere strutturate.

Ø Esperienza concreta nella gestione di stabilimenti, logistica e operations.

Ø Forte esposizione a contesti industriali dinamici e orientati alla performance.

Ø Ottima conoscenza dei processi produttivi e logistici.

Ø Solida esperienza nel controllo dei costi industriali.

Ø Conoscenza KPI operations e strumenti di reporting.

Ø Competenze Lean Manufacturing e Continuous Improvement.

Ø Buona conoscenza dei processi di supply chain.

Ø Capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione operativa.

Ø Conoscenza delle normative sicurezza D.Lgs. 81/08
