Role Overview We're hiring Plumber Helpers who have experience in a hands-on, blue-collar job and are ready to start a career in the plumbing trade. No plumbing experience is required. If you've worked in construction, landscaping, warehousing, HVAC, roofing, manufacturing, or a similar field and you're ready to learn a skilled trade, we'll teach you. You'll support our plumbers on service calls, repairs, and installations while learning the trade hands-on from some of the best in the business.

What You'll Do

  • Assist plumbers with cutting, assembling, and installing pipes
  • Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
  • Help with repairs such as leaks and clogged drains
  • Learn how fixtures, water heaters, sump pumps, and ejector pumps are installed and serviced
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job
  • Represent the company professionally with every customer

Requirements

  • At least some experience in a blue-collar or hands-on role (construction, landscaping, warehouse, HVAC, roofing, manufacturing, etc.)
  • No plumbing experience required. We'll train you.
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
  • Good physical condition and able to lift heavy materials and work in tight or confined spaces
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Valid driver's license
