Cura of Willmar is looking for a PM Dietary Aide to join our Dining Services team!
We're a 78-bed skilled nursing facility, and mealtime is an important part of our residents' day. Our Dietary Aides do much more than work in a kitchen—you'll get to know our residents, help make sure they receive the right meals, and help create an enjoyable dining experience.

What You'll Do
As a PM Dietary Aide, you'll help with evening meal service and closing the kitchen for the day.
Your shift may include:
- Preparing and setting up food for supper
- Serving meals to residents
- Preparing resident trays according to diet cards
- Making sure residents receive the correct food, beverages, and diet consistencies
- Delivering and collecting meal trays
- Helping residents with meal requests
- Recording required food temperatures
- Keeping hot foods hot and cold foods cold throughout meal service
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Cleaning and sanitizing counters, equipment, and work areas
- Sweeping and mopping the kitchen
- Restocking supplies for the next shift
- Completing evening kitchen closing duties
- Working with nursing staff to make sure residents receive what they need
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is:
- Dependable and arrives ready to work
- Friendly and respectful with residents
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment
- Able to follow instructions and resident diet information carefully
- Willing to clean, wash dishes, and help wherever needed
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to food safety and cleanliness
Previous restaurant, dietary, kitchen, food service, or healthcare experience is helpful, but not required.
