Consultora Tech, especialista en banca, seguros e integración de plataformas complejas en Latinoamérica, está buscando a un/a Analista PMO / Líder de Proyectos que quiera llevar su carrera al siguiente nivel.

Serás una pieza clave en la orquestación y el éxito de nuestros proyectos tecnológicos, liderando iniciativas estratégicas y guiando a equipos de ingenieros informáticos en un entorno dinámico y desafiante.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gobernanza y Orquestación: Llevar el control de tiempos, desviaciones, riesgos y presupuestos de la cartera de proyectos asignada.
  • Liderar Proyectos Emblema: Asegurar el éxito y la continuidad de iniciativas clave como la plataforma Explorer Insurance (Banco de Ecuador) y nuevos desarrollos de la compañía.
  • Guiar al Equipo Técnico: Ser el faro metodológico y operativo para un equipo de 6 a 8 ingenieros informáticos.
  • Estandarización y Calidad: Crear formatos, minutas y tableros de control de primer nivel para mantener el orden, la trazabilidad y la excelencia.
  • Socio Estratégico del Cliente: Mantener una relación fluida, transparente y de confianza con la alta gerencia y clientes regionales.

Requisitos

  • Formación: Titulación en Ingeniería Informática, Civil, Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Alrededor de 3 a 5 años liderando o gestionando proyectos, idealmente en Consultoría TI o Servicios Financieros / Seguros.
  • Plus Sectorial: Será un gran diferencial si conoces el negocio asegurador (ciclo completo de preventa, venta, postventa y siniestros) o integraciones banca-seguros.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar: A la región (Panamá, Ecuador, Perú) aprox. 1 vez al mes, con especial presencia en el arranque de los proyectos.

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Gestión de Proyectos: Dominio en diseño y control de cartas Gantt, hitos, entregables y presupuestos.
  • Entorno Informático y Cloud: Manejo avanzado de Windows 11, suite Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) y Google Workspace.
  • Inteligencia Artificial: Uso de herramientas de IA para optimizar la productividad y análisis de datos.
  • Tech Literacy & Core Bancario: Comprensión de arquitectura de software e integración con sistemas de Core Bancario (front y back-end).
  • Presentaciones Ejecutivas: Capacidad para elaborar informes y presentaciones de alto impacto para la dirección.

  • Atención al Detalle: Rigor técnico, prolijidad y orientación a la calidad en cada entregable.
  • Liderazgo Técnico: Capacidad para guiar, coordinar y motivar a equipos de ingenieros informáticos.
  • Adaptabilidad e Interculturalidad: Comodidad para trabajar en entornos remotos, dinámicos y multiculturales.
  • Comunicación Estratégica: Habilidad para traducir temas técnicos complejos a un lenguaje claro para clientes y directores.
  • Proactividad bajo Presión: Autonomía para trabajar a un ritmo exigente manteniendo la excelencia.
