Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via live chat, email, and phone.

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about our products and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the iGaming industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and software is advantageous.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
