FONCTION:

Le préparateur de laboratoire assure les opérations techniques et logistiques nécessaires au bon fonctionnement quotidien du laboratoire. Il intervient sur la préparation des échantillons, la préparation de solutions chimiques, la gestion du matériel et des stocks, ainsi que sur les différentes tâches de manutention et d'organisation du laboratoire. L’ensemble des activités est réalisé dans le respect des procédures, des exigences de qualité et des règles de sécurité.

Missions principales :

  • Préparation et traitement des échantillons : contrôle de conformité, identification des anomalies, pesée, préparation de composites, homogénéisation et traitement des échantillons selon les procédures établies.
  • Traçabilité des échantillons : enregistrement, identification, suivi, archivage et mise à disposition des échantillons préparés pour les étapes analytiques suivantes.
  • Préparation des solutions chimiques : préparation de solutions à chaud ou à froid, préparation et manipulation de solutions acides, identification et étiquetage, avec respect strict des consignes de sécurité.
  • Gestion du matériel et de la verrerie : nettoyage, lavage, rinçage, séchage, rangement et remise à disposition de la verrerie et du matériel nécessaires aux activités du laboratoire.
  • Gestion des produits et consommables : réception, contrôle, rangement et suivi des produits chimiques, consommables, matériels et équipements. Identification des besoins de réapprovisionnement.
  • Manutention et organisation des flux : déplacement et rangement des produits, matériels, consommables, palettes et déchets à l’aide des moyens de manutention adaptés. Maintien des zones de circulation et de stockage accessibles et sécurisées.
  • Gestion des déchets : tri, conditionnement, stockage et suivi des différents flux de déchets du laboratoire, contrôle des contenants et préparation des enlèvements selon les filières définies.
  • Entretien des équipements et des espaces : utilisation et contrôle des équipements, réalisation de l’entretien courant et maintien des postes et zones de travail propres, ordonnés et opérationnels.
  • Qualité, sécurité et conformité : application des procédures, instructions de travail, règles d’hygiène et de sécurité, utilisation des EPI et signalement des incidents, anomalies, non-conformités ou situations dangereuses.
  • Organisation et communication : gestion des priorités en fonction des urgences et des délais, transmission des informations nécessaires et communication avec les responsables et les différents intervenants du laboratoire.
  • Amélioration continue : participation à l’amélioration des méthodes, des pratiques et de l’organisation du laboratoire.
