Do you enjoy working directly with customers to design and deliver real-world IoT and networking solutions?

Good, we would like to introduce you to Teltonika.

Following growth within the team, we are on the look-out for to add a talented Pre-Sales Networking & IoT Engineer to our UK Team, working in our networking solutions division.

We have been creating IoT solutions for over 25 years, with offices in over 27 countries and more than 2,500 employees worldwide. We are a family owned, Lithuanian company, with most of our leadership and management teams all rising through the ranks of the company. Our people are our strength and share our vision to become a global leader in the IoT field, inspiring people to innovate, scale their businesses and change lives.

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Our UK base opened in 2024, as part of Teltonika’s largest international expansion, building on 25 years of experience in the IoT market, bringing even more high-quality, Lithuania-made devices to the local market.

Location: Salford, Greater Manchester, UK Head Office, Suite 2.1, Building 8, Exchange Quay, Salford, M5 3EJ.

In this role, you will:

  • Be an expert advisor to employees and clients on devices/solution-related technical issues

  • Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues originating from customer’s configuration, firmware/software, other sources
  • Have hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols and occasional 3rd party peripherals
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and clients on our products and solutions
  • Preparing documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki)
  • Act as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D and other departments or customers, facilitating the resolution of complex technical challenges
  • Work closely with Sales Managers in a customer-facing role, involving travel, on-site meetings, and online support

What we expect of you:

  • Knowledge in Computer Networking and / or technical or engineering education
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – you communicate clearly and can make complex technical detail accessible to your audience
  • You are service-centred and have the ability and desire to help others
  • Capability of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to form technical documentation
  • Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support would be considered an advantage
  • Certification in CCNA or similar courses would be considered an advantage.

What we offer:

  • An attractive basic salary plus bonus scheme
  • Flexibility to work around our core hours of 8am – 5pm + hybrid working policy.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
