Nuestro equipo sigue creciendo y buscamos un/a Presales Engineer para ayudar a impulsar la adopción técnica, demostrar el valor de nuestro producto y asegurar el éxito a largo plazo de nuestros clientes en Europa.

Se trata de una posición de Presales Engineer dentro de un equipo técnico de preventa. Es un rol técnico-funcional, no puramente comercial: implica configurar entornos, reglas de producto y escenarios reales de cliente; diseñar y ejecutar demos y pruebas de concepto (PoC); y acompañar técnicamente al equipo de ventas durante procesos complejos.

La clave del puesto es entender muy bien las necesidades del cliente y transformarlas en una solución tangible dentro del software.

✨ Cómo marcarás la diferencia

  • Liderar el descubrimiento (Discovery): Entender profundamente las necesidades de negocio del cliente, trasladarlas con claridad al equipo interno y convertirlas en soluciones que aporten valor a través de la herramienta.
  • Diseño y ejecución técnica: Configurar entornos, reglas de producto y escenarios reales. Diseñar y ejecutar demostraciones técnicas personalizadas.
  • Gestión integral de Pruebas de Concepto (PoC): Gestionar y liderar proyectos de PoC (de 2 a 4 meses), asumiendo el ownership de la validación de datos, configuración y comunicación directa con el cliente.
  • Acompañamiento estratégico: Trabajar codo con codo con el equipo de ventas en propuestas y reuniones de alto nivel, resolviendo dudas técnicas complejas de clientes y partners.
  • Gestión de RFPs: Liderar y redactar las respuestas funcionales y técnicas a Peticiones de Oferta (RFPs) exigentes.

Requirements

🧩 ¿Qué estamos buscando?

  • Experiencia: Experiencia mínima demostrable de 1 año en preventa técnica (software B2B SaaS) o consultoría tecnológica (analista funcional, diseño de proyectos). Se valorará positivamente experiencia previa con cuentas Enterprise asi como conocimento del sector de Workforce Management (WFM) o planificación de plantillas.
  • Habilidades Sociales y de Comunicación: Comunicación clara y estructurada, empatía y presencia. Capacidad de explicar conceptos técnicos complejos de forma sencilla.
  • Ownership y Autonomía: Mentalidad de dueño, proactividad y capacidad para trabajar por resultados sin supervisión estrecha.
  • Análisis y Configuración: Habilidades avanzadas en análisis de datos (Excel) y configuraciones técnicas de software.
  • Idiomas: Español e Inglés (Nivel C1+ o bilingüe). Ambos son indispensables y se exigirán a nivel profesional/negociación. Cualquier idioma adicional se valorará positivamente.
  • Ubicación: España, preferentemente Madrid.
