Ali Professional è alla ricerca di un/una Preventivista Back Office per conto di una primaria azienda attiva nel settore dei servizi integrati / facility.

La persona inserita avrà la responsabilità della gestione amministrativo-contabile, con un focus centrale ed elemento chiave sulla formulazione dei preventivi e sulla quotazione delle offerte commerciali (attività di inside sales e pricing analyst), lavorando a stretto contatto con la Direzione e la rete vendita.

Le responsabilità

  • Gestione Preventivi e Pricing: Gestire le richieste d'offerta in arrivo da potenziali clienti, analizzando le specifiche dei servizi per costruire e formulare autonomamente la quotazione economica e la struttura del prezzo.
  • Iter di Approvazione: Interfacciarsi costantemente con il Responsabile Commerciale e con l'Amministratore Delegato per la verifica delle marginalità e l'ottenimento dell'approvazione finale prima dell'invio ufficiale del preventivo.
  • Amministrazione e Fatturazione: Presidiare le attività amministrative e contabili di back office, occupandosi dell'emissione e registrazione delle fatture e del corretto flusso dei dati amministrativi.
  • Supporto e Monitoraggio Inside Sales: Garantire il tracciamento dei preventivi in corso, fungendo da raccordo tra i clienti, la struttura commerciale e la Direzione aziendale.

Requirements

Requisiti

Cerchiamo una risorsa con esperienza in ambito contabile/amministrativo o in contesti aziendali di back office dedicati alla preventivazione e al calcolo dei prezzi.

Costituiscono elementi preferenziali:

  • Competenze analitiche: Buona sensibilità verso i numeri e la marginalità economica per la formulazione delle quotazioni.
  • Conoscenza del contesto padronale: Capacità di muoversi con efficacia e flessibilità all'interno di dinamiche aziendali a conduzione padronale e con filiera decisionale diretta.
  • Precisione e doti relazionali: Spiccata accuratezza operativa, attitudine al lavoro di squadra e capacità di interlocuzione a differenti livelli interni.
  • Riporto gerarchico La figura risponderà direttamente al General Manager, all'Amministratore Delegato e al Responsabile Commerciale.
