• Evaluate customer business needs and contribute to the strategic planning of information systems, software, and technology solutions.

• Take accountability for defined work assignments, including immediate actions and short-term resource planning.

• Plan and coordinate the resources required to complete product implementations and support the preparation of major sales proposals.

• Manage consulting teams in line with the size and scope of client projects.

• Liaise with key customers during the installation, testing, and deployment of developed solutions and products.

• Deliver project work that is appropriately scoped and approved by clients.

• Apply technical expertise to design solutions that meet project requirements.

• Build and maintain constructive internal and external stakeholder relationships.

• Advanced expertise in designing, building, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise network solutions and architectures.

• Proven experience delivering secure, scalable, and resilient network solutions aligned to customer and business requirements.

• Strong technical documentation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality design documents, implementation plans, support documentation, and operational procedures.

• Professional-level certifications across two or more vendor technologies, preferably Cisco, Aruba, NSX, or equivalent technologies.

• Experience with technologies such as SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, Cisco Wireless, SDA/Catalyst Centre, Load Balancing, and Cloud Networking would be highly regarded.

• Demonstrated experience working in client-facing roles within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or similar customer-centric technology environment.

• Extensive knowledge of industry standards, compliance frameworks, and government regulations relating to data communications and networking.

• Proven experience in consulting, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and resource coordination within complex technology environments.

• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical challenges and deliver practical, business-aligned outcomes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
