The posting

Please note: Candidates whose experience is limited to ticketing, flight reservations, or working as a travel consultant in a retail travel agency are unlikely to be suitable for this position.

  • Must have personally traveled to at least 30 different international destinations across multiple countries.

A private Emirati family is seeking an experienced, well-traveled, and highly organized Private Travel Planner to curate exceptional travel experiences worldwide.

This is not a travel agency or ticketing role. We are looking for someone with extensive personal travel experience who understands destinations from first-hand knowledge and can create unique, seamless, and luxurious travel experiences tailored to the family's preferences.

The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, has visited a wide range of international destinations, possesses outstanding organizational skills, and can independently manage every aspect of travel planning with discretion and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Design and manage end-to-end travel experiences for family members, from concept to completion.
  • Create personalized travel itineraries based on the family's interests, travel style, and objectives.
  • Recommend destinations, hotels, villas, resorts, restaurants, attractions, and exclusive experiences based on first-hand knowledge and thorough research.
  • Coordinate flights (commercial and private when required), accommodation, airport transfers, yacht charters, chauffeurs, guides, and VIP services.
  • Arrange visas, travel insurance, permits, and all required travel documentation.
  • Prepare detailed travel books containing itineraries, reservations, emergency contacts, maps, restaurant recommendations, and daily schedules.
  • Continuously research new luxury destinations, hidden gems, seasonal experiences, and family-friendly activities worldwide.
  • Monitor travel advisories, weather conditions, local events, and destination-specific requirements.
  • Manage last-minute itinerary changes and resolve travel issues promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with luxury hotels, concierge teams, airlines, destination management companies, and premium service providers.
  • Coordinate with the family's Personal Assistant and Household Manager to ensure seamless travel logistics.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all travel arrangements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must have personally traveled to at least 30 different international destinations across multiple countries.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury travel planning, executive travel coordination, family office support, concierge services, or lifestyle management.
  • Experience planning complex international itineraries involving multiple destinations.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury hotels, premium airlines, cruise lines, exclusive resorts, and global tourist destinations.
  • Excellent knowledge of visa requirements and international travel regulations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are highly preferred:

  • Private Family Office
  • VIP or UHNW families
  • Executive Office
  • Luxury Concierge Services
  • Lifestyle Management Companies
  • Luxury Hospitality
  • Personal Assistant supporting frequent international travel

Please note: Candidates whose experience is limited to ticketing, flight reservations, or working as a travel consultant in a retail travel agency are unlikely to be suitable for this position.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
