We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our continuously growing TLT Manufacturing Group in Vilnius. Become part of our strong, ambitious, and success-driven team, where continuous improvement is part of everything we do!

At TLT, we are committed to continuous growth and remain at the forefront of manufacturing innovation. What we create here in Vilnius amazes the world. Our modern, 55-hectare high-tech park is equipped with state-of-the-art automation and robotics solutions, and we plan to continue rapidly expanding our production capacity. In this role, you will:

  • Analyse PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing technologies;
  • Assess the technical capabilities of manufacturing equipment;
  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes, prepare process documentation, and collaborate with other departments;
  • Implement new processes in production;
  • Analyse manufacturing process non-conformities, develop and coordinate preventive action plans, and prepare problem-solving plans;
  • Monitor process performance indicators;
  • Test new materials and improve manufacturing methods;
  • Cooperate with equipment and material suppliers;
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving quality, increasing production capacity, reducing costs, and enhancing products.

What we expect from you:

  • A higher education degree in physics, technology, chemistry, engineering, or a related field. Experience with laser technologies would be a significant advantage;
  • Experience in a similar role;
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to use it effectively for process optimisation;
  • The ability to read technical documentation and prepare clear, easy-to-understand instructions;
  • English language skills sufficient for effective communication with suppliers and an international team—at least B2 level;
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team while confidently making independent decisions;
  • Initiative, strong organisational skills, responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset.

What we offer:

  • Additional health insurance, including psychological counselling, to support your emotional and physical well-being;
  • Team-building events, summer festivals, and celebrations of our achievements and other important occasions;
  • Attractive bonuses for participating in our employee referral programme;
  • Recognition and rewards for long service;
  • An additional day off and gifts on your birthday, as well as surprises on various special occasions;
  • Complimentary snacks to enjoy with your colleagues.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
