In this role, you will be essential in ensuring the efficient processing of various operations within our organization. The Processing Staff will be responsible for performing routine tasks related to data entry, document management, and processing workflows, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and comply with company standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to the success of our team. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the processing of documents and data entry to maintain accurate records.
  • Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness in all processing tasks.
  • Support workflow management by coordinating tasks between departments and team members.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient practices.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards in all tasks performed.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as Processing or Documentation Staff in a Recruitment Agency is a MUST.
  • Prior experience in data entry, office administration, or processing roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors in documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in using office software, including MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
