  • Obtain supplier confirmations, pricing, availability, lead times and expected delivery dates.
  • Monitor open purchase orders through to delivery and completion.
  • Allocate purchased items and costs to the correct project, job or inventory requirement.
  • Identify pricing discrepancies, supply risks and potential delays and escalate them promptly.
  • Coordinate project procurement involving multiple components, suppliers and delivery timeframes.
  • Monitor long lead-time and critical items against engineering and project schedules.
  • Support min/max inventory replenishment, overseas stock ordering and reactive service procurement.
  • Act as a primary contact for suppliers across Australia, China, Europe, the United States and other markets.
  • Follow up order confirmations, production progress, ETAs, shipment readiness and documentation.
  • Monitor supplier performance across delivery, quality, responsiveness and cost effectiveness.
  • Support supplier selection, onboarding and due diligence activities.
  • Provide current procurement and delivery updates to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international freight with suppliers and carriers.
  • Arrange freight bookings through DHL, DHL Express and other approved logistics platforms.
  • Prepare or coordinate shipping, collection, export and carrier documentation.
  • Track shipments through to delivery and maintain accurate freight and ETA information.
  • Coordinate incoming deliveries with Stores personnel.
  • Investigate shortages, damaged goods, incorrect items and delivery discrepancies.
  • Support warranty claims, returns and non-conforming product processes.
  • Maintain accurate procurement information within Tradify, MYOB, spreadsheets and the master procurement tracker.
  • Record purchase orders, item codes, supplier details, pricing, quantities, ETAs and freight information.
  • Monitor the procurement mailbox and progress purchasing requests through to completion.
  • Maintain organised procurement documentation in accordance with recordkeeping requirements.
  • Obtain competitive pricing and identify cost-saving and value-for-money opportunities.
  • Produce reports on outstanding orders, delivery risks and supplier performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve purchasing administration and supplier follow-up.
  • Other role specific duties as they arise.

Requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
