The posting

United Elevators is hiring Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in Badr City.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, lead time, and reliability. - Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve competitive purchasing conditions. - Prepare, review, and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, quotations, and procurement documentation. - Monitor material requirements and inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure timely material availability. - Follow up with suppliers on orders and deliveries and resolve any supply, quality, or delivery issues. - Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and act as the main point of contact for procurement-related matters. - Compare quotations and support purchasing decisions based on cost, quality, specifications, and delivery requirements. - Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare purchasing and supplier performance reports. - Coordinate with internal departments, including Planning, Warehouse, Production, Finance, and Engineering, to ensure procurement requirements are fulfilled.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. - 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing activities. - Previous experience in the manufacturing/or/MEP construction sector is preferred. - Good knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control principles. - Experience in reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and procurement documentation. - Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Good command of English. - Professional user of Microsoft Office applications. - Experience working with ERP systems is preferred; Odoo experience is a plus
