En ALTEN México, valoramos el talento y estamos en búsqueda de un Procurement Specialist Jr para formar parte de nuestro equipo. Este rol es clave para garantizar que la adquisición de productos y servicios se realice de manera eficiente y alineada con los objetivos estratégicos de nuestro cliente del sector automotriz.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar investigaciones detalladas para compras de ECUs, incluyendo la identificación de códigos de proveedores, análisis de costos y recopilación de información de contacto.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los ingenieros de Design & Release (D&R) para identificar variantes específicas de hardware y confirmar las versiones adecuadas requeridas para pruebas.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida y efectiva con los proveedores para anticipar y resolver posibles cuellos de botella en la cadena de suministro o discrepancias técnicas.
  • Revisar y consolidar los requerimientos de hardware (especificaciones técnicas, cantidades y fechas límite) de múltiples equipos y programas.
  • Identificar oportunidades para optimizar el uso de hardware y reducir gastos sin comprometer la calidad o eficiencia del proceso de pruebas.
  • Asegurar que todo el hardware (ECUs, equipo de prueba, etc.) sea entregado a los equipos de V&V conforme al calendario del proyecto.

Requirements

Requisitos:

  • Título Universitario y Cédula profesional en Licenciatura en Ingeniería (Automotriz, Mecatrónica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Sistemas), Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro o un campo relacionado.
  • Capacidad para realizar investigación técnica detallada e identificar oportunidades de ahorro de costos.
  • Experiencia comprobada en gestión de proyectos, capacidad para gestionar múltiples fechas límite y requisitos en un entorno de ritmo acelerado.
  • Dominio de software de procuración:
  • SAP (indispensable)
  • Herramientas de colaboración:
  • SharePoint
  • MS Teams
  • Jira
  • Microsoft Office (al menos nivel intermedio)
  • Ingles Avanzado (Indispensable)

Habilidades Blandas Requeridas:

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para interactuar tanto con equipos de ingeniería técnica como con proveedores comerciales.
  • Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
  • Trabajo en equipo y habilidades interpersonales.
  • Enfoque a resultados y atención al detalle.
