  • Maintain and refine the product backlog in partnership with Product Owners.
  • Ensure requirements and user stories are testable, traceable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations.
  • Analyze existing processes and systems to identify gaps, customer pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Help prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Work with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and support validation against acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain clear documentation of workflows, requirements, and agreed business rules.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Product Analyst in a product or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements and writing user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the utility industry, CIS billing systems, or regulated markets.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into requirements that development and QA teams can act on.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced English, both spoken and written.
  • Based in LATAM.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in the utility industry, customer self-service portals, or CIS billing systems.
  • Experience with utility CIS platforms such as SAP IS-U, Oracle CC&B, Oracle C2M, or VXcis.
  • Understanding of utility billing processes, including:
  • Meter-to-cash lifecycle.
  • Billing determinants and rate structures.

  • Experience supporting or enhancing customer self-service portals with features such as:

  • Usage and interval data visualization.
  • Service start, stop, and transfer.
  • Notifications, alerts, and paperless billing.
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and pain-point analysis for residential and commercial customers.
  • Familiarity with integrations between customer portals, CIS systems, payment vendors, and bill print vendors through APIs or middleware.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
