The posting

Per importante realtà industriale leader nel settore dei materiali per l'edilizia e delle soluzioni per il costruito, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Product Compliance Expert da inserire all'interno del Dipartimento Product Sales.

La figura avrà un ruolo centrale nel garantire la conformità normativa dei prodotti, degli imballaggi e della documentazione tecnica aziendale, supportando l'evoluzione del portafoglio prodotti in linea con le normative europee e nazionali.

La posizione

Entrerai a far parte di un team multidisciplinare collaborando con Product Management, R&D, Qualità, Operations, Acquisti, Sustainability e Servizi Tecnici.

Sarai il punto di riferimento per l'interpretazione dei requisiti normativi e la loro traduzione in azioni concrete e processi operativi, contribuendo allo sviluppo di prodotti sicuri, conformi e orientati al futuro.

Responsabilità principali

  • Monitorare la normativa europea e italiana applicabile ai prodotti e ai sistemi aziendali.
  • Garantire la conformità dei prodotti rispetto a requisiti legislativi, standard tecnici e procedure di certificazione.
  • Supportare la gestione di marcatura CE, Dichiarazioni di Prestazione (DoP), Dichiarazioni di Conformità e documentazione tecnica.
  • Coordinare le attività di adeguamento ai requisiti previsti dal CPR (Construction Products Regulation) e dal PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation).
  • Valutare gli impatti normativi relativi a nuovi prodotti, modifiche progettuali, cambiamenti di materie prime o siti produttivi.
  • Assicurare coerenza e correttezza tra specifiche tecniche, certificazioni, etichette e documentazione commerciale.
  • Supportare le attività legate a sicurezza prodotto, tracciabilità e sorveglianza del mercato.
  • Mantenere una documentazione compliance completa, aggiornata e pronta per audit interni ed esterni.
  • Collaborare con il team Sustainability per garantire la conformità delle informazioni ambientali e di sostenibilità.
  • Promuovere l'approccio "Compliance by Design" nei processi di sviluppo prodotto.

Requisiti

Must Have

  • Laurea in Ingegneria, Chimica, Scienza dei Materiali o discipline tecnico-scientifiche affini.
  • Esperienza di almeno 2-5 anni in ambito Product Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Qualità, Certificazione di Prodotto o funzioni tecniche correlate.
  • Conoscenza della marcatura CE, della documentazione tecnica e della normativa europea applicabile ai prodotti.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Ottime capacità organizzative e analitiche.
  • Precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e orientamento alla gestione documentale.

Nice to Have

  • Conoscenza di CPR, PPWR, REACH, CLP e normative legate alla sostenibilità di prodotto.
  • Esperienza maturata nei settori edilizia, materiali da costruzione, chimico o industriale.
  • Familiarità con requisiti di tracciabilità e Digital Product Passport.
