Requirements

Buscamos a alguien que, desde su conocimiento del negocio, cuestione prioridades, proponga alternativas e identifique dependencias e impacto con otros equipos. Valoramos las soluciones simples y compartir buenas prácticas con el resto del equipo de experiencia.

También esperamos que uses la IA con fluidez en tu día a día:

  • Automatizar tareas repetitivas de discovery y documentación con skills y flujos de trabajo del equipo.
  • Prototipar con herramientas asistidas por IA para validar ideas antes de comprometer desarrollo.
  • Revisar siempre con criterio propio lo que la IA produce, antes de tomar una decisión o llegar al diseño final.

Lo que harás

Benchmarking y discovery. Investigarás el mercado y las buenas prácticas, apoyándote en flujos asistidos por IA para recopilar y contrastar fuentes verificadas, y las integrarás en el producto que lideras.

Investigación y análisis de datos. Diseñarás encuestas, entrevistas y análisis de indicadores, y usarás IA para apoyar la síntesis de hallazgos, contrastándola siempre con los datos originales. Tus informes permitirán que cada conclusión sea trazable a su fuente.

Prototipado y validación. Prototiparás ideas con herramientas asistidas por IA (wireframes navegables, prototipos en Figma o en código) y las testearás con usuarios representativos, acortando el tiempo entre hipótesis y validación y reduciendo retrabajo en desarrollo.

Sistema de diseño. Operarás el sistema de diseño, propondrás componentes, tokens y patrones, y verificarás que lo generado con IA lo respete, cuidando la accesibilidad (WCAG) y la reutilización entre marcas y dispositivos.

Métricas y experimentos. Definirás y analizarás métricas de experiencia, colaborarás en experimentos (AB testing) y harás seguimiento del impacto de tus soluciones incluso después de su lanzamiento.

Herramientas de IA del equipo. Usarás, adaptarás y documentarás los skills, plugins y flujos de trabajo del equipo, y propondrás mejoras a partir de tu experiencia real para que la adopción de IA sea efectiva y replicable.

Coordinación y entrega. Coordinarás la mejora de procesos de UX con Producto, Desarrollo, Investigación de Clientes y Seguridad, cuidando el traspaso a desarrollo para entregar con menos fricción e inconsistencias.

Requisitos

  • Carrera de al menos 4 años en Diseño, Ingeniería, Publicidad o Ciencias Sociales.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en productos digitales, idealmente en B2C o e-commerce.
  • Conocimiento intermedio o avanzado en metodologías de investigación cuantitativas y cualitativas.
  • Experiencia trabajando con metodologías ágiles.
  • Deseable: certificación, diplomado o postítulo en diseño de producto y/o Service Design.
  • Deseable: conocimiento de arquetipos, user persona y proto persona.

Indispensable: experiencia con IA

  • Formación en IA a nivel básico e intermedio, acreditada (skills, plugins y flujos de trabajo).
  • Uso diario de IA en discovery, síntesis, prototipado y documentación, con ejemplos concretos y verificables.
  • Capacidad de prototipar con herramientas asistidas por IA y de revisar críticamente su resultado.
