  • Developing and maintaining scalable design systems, reusable components and design patterns.
  • Iterating on designs based on user feedback, research, analytics and product performance.
  • Collaborating with engineers to ensure that designs are technically feasible and implemented to a high standard.
  • Presenting and communicating design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Staying up to date with trends and emerging technologies across TV, streaming, entertainment and digital media.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
