🚀 Buscamos un/a Product Manager para el equipo de BizOp.

Somos la plataforma líder en LATAM para gestionar agenda, pagos y crecimiento en negocios de belleza, salud y bienestar, con más de 12 años creciendo y respaldo de Y Combinator y una Serie B de US$35M.

Estamos en plena transformación: pasamos de un SaaS horizontal a un modelo de verticales con agentes de IA, y estamos armando los equipos que van a construir estas nuevas líneas de negocio. Es una etapa temprana donde todavía hay muchísimo por construir, probar y escalar — y queremos que seas parte desde el principio.

📍 Modalidad 100% presencial – oficina en Santiago.

Tu desafío: Liderar producto en el equipo de BizOps, el equipo que automatiza nuestra operación y lleva la IA a cada rincón de la empresa. Acá tu cliente es interno: vas a ser el puente entre los dolores de la operación y un equipo de desarrollo que los resuelve — escuchar, priorizar por impacto y hacer que las cosas se construyan y se usen.

🚀 Qué harás/Responsabilidades: • Participar activamente en el descubrimiento y definición de iniciativas junto a las áreas internas. • Traducir problemas operacionales y necesidades de las áreas en soluciones concretas para el equipo de desarrollo. • Priorizar oportunidades usando criterio de impacto operacional y objetivos del área. • Trabajar de forma cercana con el equipo para llevar iniciativas desde la definición hasta la entrega. • Co-construir y dar seguimiento al roadmap junto al líder del área. • Monitorear KPIs y resultados para medir el impacto de las iniciativas en la eficiencia operacional. • Alinear a las áreas internas y comunicar avances, alcances y riesgos. • Usar herramientas de IA para acelerar análisis, levantamiento y ejecución.

Requerimientos

• Estudios en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines. • 2-4 años de experiencia en Product Management o roles similares. • Experiencia trabajando junto a equipos de desarrollo, entendiendo el proceso de construcción de software. • Uso intensivo de IA como parte central del workflow, no ocasional. • Buen entendimiento de procesos de negocio, usuarios internos y trade-offs operacionales. • Manejo de SQL (deseable). • Disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial.
