Sua missão será acelerar a evolução e a escalabilidade de um dos produtos da Monkey, voltado para Instituições Financeiras, conectando as necessidades de clientes e negócio, geranando crescimento sustentável. ✨

Atividades

  • Construir, manter e acompanhar roadmaps e backlogs dos produtos sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Priorizar iniciativas com base em impacto para clientes, negócio e viabilidade técnica.
  • Conduzir atividades de discovery, validação de hipóteses e levantamento de requisitos.
  • Atuar diretamente com clientes, parceiros financeiros e áreas internas para compreender necessidades e oportunidades.
  • Facilitar cerimônias ágeis e acompanhar a execução junto aos times de Tecnologia e Produto.
  • Gerenciar expectativas de stakeholders internos e externos.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de performance e resultados dos produtos.
  • Propor evoluções, customizações e novas oportunidades de negócio para os produtos.
  • Garantir alinhamento constante entre as áreas de Tech, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing e Growth

Requirements

  • Graduação completa.
  • Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis e práticas de desenvolvimento de produtos.
  • Experiência com técnicas de discovery, validação de hipóteses e definição de requisitos.
  • Experiência na construção e gestão de roadmaps e backlogs.
  • Conhecimento de técnicas de priorização.
  • Capacidade de transformar necessidades de negócio em histórias de usuário claras e estruturadas.
  • Vivência em projetos que envolvam instituições financeiras, bancos, fundos.
  • Capacidade de negociação, influência e gestão de stakeholders.

Desejáveis

  • Conhecimento sobre Duplicata Escritural. (desejável)
  • Experiência com produtos financeiros de antecipação, crédito ou recebíveis. (desejável)
  • Conhecimento do ecossistema financeiro brasileiro e de meios de pagamento.
