About the Company:

ArcSite is the leading mobile sketching and drawing-based takeoff and estimating solution, trusted by designers, field sales teams, technicians, and inspectors. Our intuitive platform empowers users to create professional drawings on any device—without the steep learning curve of traditional CAD software—helping businesses save time, generate quotes faster, and close deals more efficiently.

We’re a remote-first team with a strong sense of community, driven by growth, collaboration, and our core values: start with the customer, constantly improve, take risks, operate with transparency, and own it. At ArcSite, every team member has the opportunity to grow their career while making an impact, shaping the future of design, and living these values in everything we do.

About the Role:

As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll help connect ArcSite’s product, customers, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll own messaging and positioning for key product areas, lead go-to-market launches, support sales and self-serve conversion, and bring customer and market insights back to the Product and Marketing teams.

You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand our customers and competitive landscape, translate product capabilities into compelling customer value, and ensure we bring new products and features to market effectively.

This is a hands-on role for a product marketer who is comfortable taking ownership, working cross-functionally, and turning customer and market insights into clear positioning and actionable go-to-market plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own messaging and positioning: Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for ArcSite’s core product, key capabilities, and new feature areas across self-serve and sales-assisted audiences.
  • Lead go-to-market launches: Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to plan and execute launches, including positioning, messaging, launch plans, customer communications, and success metrics.
  • Build sales enablement: Create battlecards, pitch decks, FAQs, competitive materials, and other resources that help Sales effectively communicate ArcSite’s value.
  • Support self-serve and PLG growth: Develop messaging and marketing programs that help users understand ArcSite’s value, adopt key capabilities, and move toward conversion.
  • Understand our customers and buyers: Develop a strong understanding of ArcSite’s ICPs, buyer personas, workflows, pain points, and purchasing journeys across our core contractor and specialty-trade markets.
  • Conduct customer and market research: Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to gather customer insights, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to improve positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Support pricing and packaging initiatives: Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to evaluate pricing and packaging opportunities using existing customer, product, and market data.
  • Inform product strategy: Bring customer, market, competitive, and win/loss insights to Product to help inform prioritization and product decisions.
  • Enable launches and adoption: Develop beta and launch programs, messaging, and supporting materials that help customers understand and adopt new capabilities.
  • Measure and optimize: Track launch performance, product adoption, conversion, and other relevant KPIs to understand what is working and continuously improve our go-to-market approach.
  • Close the feedback loop: Bring insights from customers, Sales, and market research back to Product and Marketing to improve both the product and how we bring it to market.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing or a similar product-focused marketing role.
  • Experience developing product messaging, positioning, go-to-market plans, and sales enablement materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own projects and drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Strong customer and market research skills, with the ability to turn qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Understanding of both self-serve/PLG and sales-assisted GTM motions, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt messaging across different buyer journeys.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to inform marketing and go-to-market decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in construction technology, home services, field service, or vertical SaaS.
  • Experience supporting pricing and packaging initiatives.
  • Experience developing or managing beta programs.
  • Experience conducting competitive research, customer interviews, win/loss analysis, or market research.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams and complex B2B buying processes.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, competitive intelligence platforms, product analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms.

Benefits

  • Fully remote
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401K match
  • $75 monthly wellness stipend

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
