組織・チームのミッション

  • MK Core PMOチームでは、メルカリのプロダクト組織における組織運営の仕組みを設計・改善し、複数のプロダクト・エンジニアリング組織が継続的に成果を生み出せる、強固な組織基盤の構築を目指しています。

業務内容

  • Product組織における組織運営上の課題を特定し、解決策の企画から導入、定着、継続的な改善までを推進する
  • プロダクト開発の状況や重要な意思決定を可視化するための、レポーティングプロセスおよび運用基盤を設計・改善する
  • 全体ミーティングや各種重要ミーティング、ドキュメントなど、組織内のコミュニケーションパスを整理・最適化する
  • Product組織に属するメンバー向けのオンボーディングプロセスやナレッジ共有の仕組みを構築する
  • 施策の効果を定性・定量の両面から検証し、得られた知見を再利用可能なプロセスやベストプラクティスとして展開する
  • AIを活用し、組織運営やナレッジマネジメントの効率化・高度化を推進する

ユニークなチャレンジ

  • 明確な正解や既存の型がない組織課題に対して、関係者へのヒアリングやデータ分析を通じて課題を構造化し、実行可能な仕組みへ落とし込むことが求められます。
  • Product・Engineeringを中心とする多様なステークホルダーと合意形成を行い、直接的な権限に頼らずに組織横断の変化を推進する必要があります。
  • MK Core固有の状況に対応しながら、他組織やグループ全体にも展開可能な、拡張性のある仕組みを設計することが期待されます。
  • 仕組みを作るだけではなく、実際の業務に定着させ、利用状況やフィードバックをもとに継続的に改善するところまで担います。
  • AI化により組織が大きく変革する中で、既存のやり方では解決が難しかった課題を、AI-Nativeを前提としたソリューションの企画が期待されます

応募要件

  • 求める経験・スキル
  • Product Management、Product Operations、Program Management、またはそれらに準ずる実務経験
  • プロダクト組織における組織・業務プロセスの改善に携わった経験
  • 曖昧かつ複雑な課題を構造化し、具体的な施策や仕組みに落とし込む能力
  • Product、Engineeringなど複数の職種・組織のステークホルダーと合意形成し、施策を推進した経験
  • ドキュメントを用いて情報や論点を整理し、分かりやすく伝える能力
  • 歓迎する経験・スキル
  • 生成AIを活用した業務プロセス改善の経験
  • 自社プロダクトの企画・開発・運営に携わった経験
  • プロダクト、Engineering、Designerなど、複数職種を巻き込んだ組織横断の改善プロジェクトや変革を推進した経験
  • データや定性的なフィードバックを活用し、組織課題の特定や施策の効果検証を行った経験
  • 語学力
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル
  • 英語：特に無し。理想的にはB1以上
