  • Work closely with Product and R&D to communicate customer feedback, emerging requirements and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Operations and other teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and scale Product Specialist processes and ways of working.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in a customer-facing role within enterprise software, SaaS, AI, legal technology, professional services or a related environment.
  • Proven experience managing and developing customer-facing teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience working alongside Sales teams on complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated technology clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and identify compelling solutions.
  • Confidence working with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Product, Customer Success and technical teams.
  • A strong interest in AI and its application to contract and business processes.
  • Experience within legal technology, legal services or working with legal, procurement or contracting teams is advantageous but not essential.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
