Join a Fast-Growing Premium Spirits Business

Who We Are

We're a pioneering and disruptive global drinks group that brings exceptional spirits to customers around the world.

Our business spans the entire spirits journey - from innovation, product development, and brand ownership through Atom Brands, to import, distribution, and brand development with Maverick Drinks, and global online retail through Master of Malt.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our Production Bottling & Finishing Team.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on role where you'll play an important part in bringing premium spirits to life. Working closely with the Production Manager and Team Leader, you'll help ensure our products are bottled, finished, packaged, and prepared to the highest standards before reaching customers.

If you enjoy practical work, take pride in attention to detail, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our Production Bottling & Finishing Team, you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Filling and preparing bottles for production runs
  • Hand-finishing bottles using premium wax seals
  • Bottle wrapping and presentation finishing
  • Bottle stringing and specialist packaging
  • Packing and casing finished products
  • Building and packaging gift packs and fractional packs
  • Supporting the team in achieving daily production targets
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency

No two days are exactly the same, and you'll contribute to creating products that customers enjoy across the UK and internationally.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

  • Positive and enthusiastic team players
  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed
  • Quick learners with a willingness to develop new skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with pride in producing high-quality work
  • Customer-focused and motivated to deliver excellent results
  • Driven to achieve team goals and daily targets

Skills & Experience

  • Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience would be beneficial, but not essential
  • Basic IT skills
  • Intermediate written and spoken English

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.75 per hour (plus bonus)
  • Or the Performance-related bonus opportunities
  • Full-time Monday-Friday working pattern 8:00am - 4.30pm
  • Fixed-term contract until 18 December 2026, with the possibility of extension
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Opportunity to gain valuable production experience within a growing international business

Join us and become part of a team dedicated to producing and delivering exceptional spirits enjoyed by customers around the world.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting and paid once. Send enough of them and the law of large numbers finds you the job.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
