  • Assist with sourcing and ordering fabrics, trims, labels, packaging, and other garment components.
  • Monitor production milestones and proactively identify delays, quality issues, supply challenges, or cost concerns.
  • Help ensure garments are produced according to approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate fit sessions, sample reviews, approvals, and production handoffs.
  • Conduct or coordinate quality control inspections throughout the production process.
  • Maintain organized records of samples, materials, vendor information, costs, timelines, and production status.
  • Support inventory planning and ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Assist with costing, quantity planning, purchase orders, and production budgets.
  • Coordinate final product checks, packing requirements, shipping details, and delivery schedules.
  • Provide regular production updates to the Lead Fashion Designer and relevant internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in apparel production, garment manufacturing, fashion operations, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of the clothing production process, including sampling, fittings, patternmaking, grading, construction, and manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to read and work with tech packs, garment specifications, measurement charts, and bills of materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in garments and production documents.
  • Experience communicating with factories, suppliers, sample rooms, and production vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple styles, deadlines, and production stages simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
