Must be based in NYC or able to travel at own cost

Overview Global brand shoot in NYC requiring a streamlined, well-coordinated production across pre-production, shoot and wrap.

Production Focus

  • Confirm crew, talent, locations and key vendors
  • Manage permits, insurance, equipment and logistics
  • Build and maintain production schedule and budget
  • Coordinate client/agency requirements
  • Manage transport, catering and on-set logistics
  • Prepare call sheets and production paperwork
  • Ensure smooth daily run and clear team communication
  • Plan contingencies for weather, locations and schedule changes
  • Manage wrap, returns and final cost reconciliation

Priority: Safe, efficient production with strong communication and a high level of client service.
