  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust, long-term engineering solutions.
  • Create intuitive software interfaces that enable production technicians to perform tasks efficiently and consistently.
  • Integrate production equipment, devices, and servers through reliable and secure network solutions.
  • Support the introduction of new products into production by developing scalable manufacturing processes and tooling.
  • Contribute to process documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure quality and repeatability.

What You'll Work With

  • Real Hardware Develop in-house fixtures, testing equipment, and production methodologies to manufacture complex aerospace systems while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Networks Connect production equipment, embedded devices, and servers through reliable and secure network infrastructure.
  • Software & User Interfaces Build simple, intuitive applications and tools that streamline production workflows and improve operator efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a production engineering, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, or similar role.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one of C/C++, Go, or Python.
  • Experience developing hardware test systems, automation tools, or production software.
  • Understanding of manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
