The posting

Als Production Employee (m/w/x) bist du für die präzise mechanische und elektrische Montage, Justierung, Kalibrierung sowie Funktionsprüfung optoelektronischer und mechatronischer Baugruppen unter Reinraumbedingungen verantwortlich. Dabei unterstützt du aktiv Lean- und Qualitätsprozesse und dokumentierst alle Produktionsschritte.

  • Mechanische und elektrische Montage, Justierung sowie Kalibrierung von optoelektronischen und mechanischen Baugruppen nach SOPs
  • Montage und Justierung von Lineareinheiten sowie Montage und Vermessung von Piezomotoren
  • Manuelles Löten elektronischer Bauteile und fachgerechtes Kennzeichnen von Produkten und Verpackungen
  • Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen sowie automatisierten Montage- und Prüfmaschinen
  • Durchführung von Funktionstests, automatisierten Qualitätsprüfungen und einfacher Fehlerdiagnose
  • Installation mechanischer und elektronischer Baugruppen für Motion-Control- und Vakuumanwendungen unter Reinraumbedingungen
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsschritten, Prüfergebnissen und Abweichungen sowie Unterstützung bei Nacharbeiten
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Lean- und Verbesserungsprozessen (5S, Kaizen) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering und Qualität

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechatroniker/in oder Elektroniker/in) oder motivierter Quereinstieg mit Interesse an Technologie und Photonik
  • Technische Versiertheit und Interesse an modernen Softwaretools zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Erfahrung in der Montage mechatronischer Systeme und Löterfahrung von Vorteil – intensive Schulung wird geboten
  • Fähigkeit zu hochpräziser und strukturierter Arbeit mit Kleinstkomponenten (< 20 mm) bei höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen
  • Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Computern und ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (erforderlich für Dokumentation und fachliche Zusammenarbeit)
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative sowie qualitäts- und Lean-orientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zum Arbeiten unter Reinraumbedingungen nach definierten Prozess- und Sauberkeitsvorgaben
