Il nostro cliente è una interessante realtà specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di macchinari per il settore e impianti per il settore alimentare. Contesto familiare, parte di un importante gruppo multinazionale europeo. Per loro siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire nell'area Automation & Control, che sarà coinvolta nello sviluppo software per macchine e impianti industriali ad elevato contenuto tecnologico. Seguirà l'intero ciclo di vita della commessa, dall'analisi delle esigenze del cliente fino alle fasi di collaudo e messa in servizio presso siti produttivi nazionali e internazionali.

Principali responsabilità

  • Analizzare le specifiche tecniche e funzionali del progetto.
  • Progettare e sviluppare applicazioni PLC, HMI e sistemi di supervisione per impianti automatizzati.
  • Personalizzare le soluzioni software in funzione dei requisiti del cliente e delle caratteristiche della commessa.
  • Configurare e mettere in servizio sistemi di controllo motion, azionamenti e servomotori.
  • Gestire la comunicazione tra dispositivi tramite i principali protocolli industriali e reti di campo.
  • Supportare l'ottimizzazione delle prestazioni e dell'affidabilità dei sistemi di automazione.
  • Collaborare con i diversi reparti tecnici per garantire la corretta integrazione hardware e software.
  • Implementare funzioni di sicurezza macchina in conformità agli standard applicabili.
  • Eseguire attività di simulazione, debug e validazione del software sviluppato.
  • Partecipare alle attività di collaudo interno presso la sede produttiva.
  • Gestire le fasi di startup e commissioning presso gli stabilimenti dei clienti.
  • Fornire supporto tecnico durante la messa in servizio e la fase iniziale di produzione.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni nello sviluppo software per macchine automatiche o impianti industriali.
  • Conoscenza dei principali ambienti di programmazione PLC (Tia Portal, Studio 5000) e HMI.
  • Esperienza nella gestione di sistemi Motion Control, inverter e servoazionamenti.
  • Familiarità con protocolli di comunicazione industriale e reti di automazione.
  • Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di documentazione tecnica e schemi elettrici.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
  • Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte in Italia e all'estero (60-90 giorni) per attività di avviamento e supporto tecnico.
  • Flessibilità e autonomia nella gestione delle attività progettuali.
