Descrizione del ruolo

Il/La Programmatore PLC Trasfertista sarà responsabile dello sviluppo software, della messa in servizio e dell'assistenza tecnica di impianti e macchine automatiche presso clienti nazionali e internazionali.

La figura collaborerà con l'Ufficio Tecnico Elettrico, il team di progettazione e i responsabili di commessa per garantire il corretto funzionamento degli impianti, il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche e la soddisfazione del cliente.

Il ruolo prevede:

  • Sviluppo e programmazione software PLC e HMI;
  • Attività di collaudo e commissioning presso clienti;
  • Troubleshooting e supporto tecnico durante l'avviamento degli impianti;
  • Assistenza post-vendita e ottimizzazione delle performance di processo;
  • Collaborazione con i diversi dipartimenti aziendali coinvolti nei progetti.

Responsabilità principali

  • Sviluppare e modificare software PLC per impianti e macchinari industriali;
  • Programmare e configurare interfacce operatore (HMI) e sistemi di supervisione;
  • Effettuare attività di collaudo interno degli impianti;
  • Gestire le fasi di installazione e avviamento presso il cliente finale;
  • Analizzare e risolvere problematiche tecniche legate all'automazione industriale;
  • Supportare il cliente nelle attività di formazione e utilizzo degli impianti;
  • Redigere documentazione tecnica e report di intervento;
  • Collaborare con progettisti elettrici e meccanici per lo sviluppo delle commesse;
  • Garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche di progetto e degli standard qualitativi aziendali;
  • Fornire supporto tecnico durante le attività di assistenza e manutenzione.

Formazione

🎓 Diploma tecnico in ambito Elettrico, Elettronico, Automazione Industriale, Meccatronico oppure Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica, dell'Automazione o discipline affini.

Esperienza

  • Esperienza di almeno 2-3 anni nel ruolo di Programmatore PLC;
  • Esperienza nella messa in servizio di impianti industriali;
  • Familiarità con attività di commissioning e avviamento presso clienti;
  • Esperienza in contesti di automazione industriale e bordo macchina.

Competenze tecniche

  • Ottima conoscenza della programmazione PLC, preferibilmente Siemens TIA Portal, Step7, Allen Bradley, Omron o Schneider Electric;
  • Conoscenza dei sistemi HMI e SCADA;
  • Capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici e documentazione tecnica;
  • Conoscenza delle reti industriali (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP o equivalenti);
  • Buona conoscenza delle logiche di automazione e diagnostica impianti;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Costituiranno titolo preferenziale:

  • Conoscenza di sistemi Motion Control e Servoazionamenti;
  • Esperienza nel settore machinery, packaging, tessile o impiantistico;
  • Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza macchine.
